The Sensors and Software (from Radiodetection) pulseEKKO Borehole ground penetrating radar allows operators to perform detailed surveys at depth using open or plastic-cased boreholes with diameters as small as 33 mm (1.25 inches). This method of GPR surveying can be used to perform surveys utilizing the full array of pulseEKKO GPR features in unique ways and in areas areas outside the reach of standard, surface-deployed GPRs. Methods of data collection include Zero Offset Profile, Multiple Offset Gather, and Vertical Radar Profile. The pulseEKKO Borehole GPR features rugged, waterproof construction and is designed to minimize interference and for easy and quick operation.

– geotechnical and environmental investigations and monitoring, including under buildings or other structures
– geological stratigraphy, fracture, and bedrock mapping
– buried UXO detection in areas where magnetometers cannot be used
