Lithogen provides comprehensive technical support and repair services to not only keep our own rental geophysical equipment in a good working state but also to assist our clients with any technical issues they may be experiencing with their own geophysical equipment.

The following are some technical services we provide:

  • Geophysical equipment verification and testing (green-tagging) to confirm proper operation.
  • Integration of components such as third-party GPS receivers and data loggers into existing customer devices and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of malfunctioning geophysical equipment.
  • Repair of components such as cables, connectors, batteries, etc.
  • Managing the return and repair (RMA) process with equipment manufacturers.
